Returns/Refunds Policy

Our shipping times can vary from 11-14 Business Days (Standard) to 4-7 Business Days (Express. Please wait the full AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME order date to receive your order. Please feel free to reach out to us if there are any questions or issues with your order via email at info@thevintagekits.com

By completing and placing an order with Vintage Kits you are agreeing with the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and/or return procedures. 

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure to also provide a proof of purchase of your order. We accept exchanges or returns if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do not provide exchanges and/or refunds if you change your mind on the product you have purchased and request to cancel the order. 

RETURN PROCEDURE

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thevintagekits.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES,INCORRECT PRODUCTS AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it as soon as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it could take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary. 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that have arrive damaged and or defective, received the wrong product, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@thevintagekits.com

CANCELLATIONS

We do not provide exchanges and/or refunds due to cancelling your order. We are not responsible if you change your mind on your purchase or do not want it anymore.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
